Coalition of Asia Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (CAPHRA)
Asia Pacific
The Coalition of Asia Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (CAPHRA) is an independent alliance of consumers and advocacy organisations within the Asia Pacific region. We have nine member organisations across 13 countries as well as support for individual advocates regionally
About
Through policy advocacy, public education, research, and engagement with governments and international organisations, CAPHRA supports risk-proportionate regulation and improved access to lower-risk nicotine alternatives for adults who smoke. Its work has made it a recognised voice in tobacco harm reduction policy discussions throughout the region.
Mission
Our mission and aim is to educate, advocate and represent the right of adult alternative nicotine consumers to access and use of products that reduce harm from combustible and deadly oral tobacco use.
