Some submissions may include information about health-related behaviour, nicotine use, smoking history, or similar personal experiences. We ask that you only provide information you are comfortable sharing and that is relevant to your submission.

Your email address is used for administration, verification, and contact purposes and is not intended for public display.

If you choose an anonymous or pseudonymous display option, we will aim to present your public testimonial without showing your direct identity in the public-facing story view.
