How to make a request

• the email address used for the submission
• the nature of your request
• any details that help us identify the relevant record

• access to the information we hold about you
• correction of inaccurate information
• deletion of a testimonial or associated personal data
• withdrawal of contact consent
• withdrawal of publication consent, where applicable
