About
Instituto RIA is a society organization working to advance drug policy reform through a harm reduction approach as a pathway toward peacebuilding and social justice in Mexico and Latin America. We support people and communities who use or are connected to psychoactive substances by developing collaborative strategies that promote the full realization of their human rights. Through research, advocacy, capacity strengthening, and community partnerships, we work to advance public policies that uphold the dignity, health, and rights of all people and communities connected to psychoactive plants and substances.
