I smoked properly for years. Not casually. It controlled my routine, my stress, everything. I tried medication, hypnotherapy, patches, gum, sprays. All of it. Nothing stuck. Most of it just felt like swapping one crutch for another or in the case of the medicine like i wanted to climb the walls without actually fixing the habit. Because that’s the real problem. It’s not just nicotine, it’s the ritual, the routine, the mental break. Then I found vaping. It wasn’t magic, but it was the first thing that actually worked. It gave me control, kept the routine, and let me step away from cigarettes without feeling like I was losing something. 18 years later, I haven’t touched a cigarette. And I’ll say it straight, it didn’t just help me quit, it changed the trajectory of my life. My health, my breathing, my energy, everything improved. I genuinely believe it saved me from where I was heading. Vaping wasn’t perfect, but it got the job done when everything else failed. It wasn’t just an alternative. It was my way out.

Vaping literally saved my life. After smoking up to 60 cigarettes a day I was warned to stop for obvious health reasons. After trying numerous products and even trying to go cold turkey, the only thing that got totally off combustible tobacco was vaping. Since starting to vape my health improved, energy levels increased, tate and smell increased and found it to be an easy transition.

Due to losing my parents to smoking-related illnesses, I decided to quit smoking. Saying that quitting is hard is an understatement. After nearly ten years of numerous failed attempts, I discovered electronic cigarettes, commonly known as vapes. Within three days of starting, I managed to quit completely. Now, more than ten years later, I have stayed smoke-free. I still vape because I believe nicotine offers benefits to my life, but I choose to consume it in a much safer way. I feel much better than I ever did as a smoker, and my family are no longer exposed to the harmful by-products of combustion or the fear that another loved one might fall victim to the deadly effects of tobacco. Vaping not only saved my life but also gave me a new purpose.
